Lakeside Golf Course has earned an official “PGA Family Course” designation. Only six other courses in the State of Oklahoma have received this honor and Lakeside is one of two public courses getting to use this prestigious designation.

Lakeside Junior Golf Academy

The Lakeside Golf Course is now accepting students for the 2012 Junior Golf Academy. Lessons for ages 5-13 will cover swing development, short game, course management, and creating a positive competitive attitude. Students will be grouped according to age and ability. The $75 monthly membership will include:

Lessons supervised by award-winning PGA instructors
Up to 8 sessions per month (a savings of 75%)
Members embroidered golf hat and t-shirt

Congratulations to Lakeside Golf Course for being named the South Central PGA Junior Golf Leader for 2012. Head Instructor, Michael Henderson, was also named an honorable mention US Kids Top 50 instructor for 2011.
